3.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibility

Clients agree that:

  • They are responsible for implementing recommendations (unless otherwise agreed).
  • They provide accurate and truthful information.
  • They maintain access to their own platforms, websites, and accounts.
  • They understand SEO is a long-term strategy.

4.⁠ ⁠Payments & Refunds

  • Fees for coaching and consulting are agreed upon prior to engagement.
  • Payments must be made as agreed in writing.
  • Unless otherwise stated, services are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
  • Custom agreements may override these general terms.

  • Materials
  • Frameworks
  • Coaching documents

remains the intellectual property of 1on1SEO unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use delivered materials for internal business purposes but may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.

We respect client confidentiality.

Information shared during coaching or consulting sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Algorithm-related traffic changes
